SugarCRM, the company that enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with its CRM solution, today announced that Sugar has been named Best CRM Product of the Year at this year’s Network Computing Awards. At the award ceremony held at The Hotel Russell in London on Thursday 19th March, Sugar was named winner of the competitive category, in which Salesforce and Workbooks were also finalists.
Since 2007, The Network Computing Awards have given recognition to the solutions and companies that have been most impressive in helping organizations function better, by getting the most out of their networks. Winners are decided based on customer votes, which recognize the best in the industry each year.
Larry Augustin, CEO of SugarCRM, comments: “Being named CRM Product of the Year means a huge amount to us, especially as the Network Computing Awards are decided by the people who matter most: our customers. The accolade marks further recognition of the hard work we put in to ensuring that our CRM solution continues to be as innovative, flexible and affordable as possible for our customers.”
About the Network Computer Awards
The Network Computing Awards were set up to recognize the solutions and the companies that have been most impressive in helping organizations function better through getting the most out of their networks. The effectiveness of an organization depends to a large degree on the performance of its network. How fast does it run? How much downtime does it experience? How well does it cope with running an increasing number of applications and storing an increasing amount of data? How secure is it? It’s fair to say that managing a network is a challenging job. Run by Network Computing Magazine, the awards are customer voted and recognize the best each year from the industry.
