Provident's team of Salesforce Consultants design training programs around your people, focusing on individual team members' requirements to ensure users receive hands-on training on what they need; not overloaded with cross-disciplinary information superfluous to their position.
Provident's training programs include live sessions delivered on-site or in our offices, remote workshops using web conferencing, and step-by-step user guide documents and video tutorials. Provident will also be available to provide ad hoc help during the Training phase and can provide the security of a managed service agreement if desired.
