The Problem – Comparing results over given period
If you are running your CRM system for a longer time ut also becomes a great source of information. A typical requirment is comparing periods (e.g., last year compared to the current year or the first quarter compared to the second quarter, etc.).
If you then also want to apply formulas to, for example, show the difference; the best way to accomplish this is through using union reports.
