Irish CRM Company Strengthens SugarCRM Partnership As It Opens UK Sales Office in Didsbury, Manchester
The company is a leading partner of SugarCRM, which develops open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products for businesses of all sizes. Provident CRM provides SugarCRM implementation and integration solutions for companies including the Quinn Insurance group, Kia Motors, and BIM (Irish Sea Fisheries Board) as well as leading UK organizations such as BT and the NHS. The company’s new office will focus on providing SugarCRM solutions to a wide range of companies, particularly those within the Government, Health, Banking and Insurance sectors.

Provident CRM is one of three UK partners who are providing specialist one-to-one consultations at the CRM Acceleration event at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London. The event is aimed at providing information for UK and Irish businesses who are currently considering the benefits of CRM, and specifically in learning how SugarCRM could help them lower implementation challenges and return cost savings year on year.
